![]() ![]() Not a QNAP QTS issue if your network infrastructure has changed, LAGs potentially not configured correct and/or blocking Broadcast traffic (this is breaking your Qfinder discovery), computer IP addresses outside of the trusted network addresses configured as a white list to access the NAS (this is breaking the access). I can successfully ping all the NASs whether they are on switch 1 or switch 2. The following OS versions are supported: Go to the QNAP utilities download page to download the latest version of Qfinder Pro. In my testing, I moved the NASs to the first switch, but still no luck. Everything was working fine and I was able to connect to the NAS successfully over the network. ![]() That switch has one port leading to the internet and another port connected to a MacBook running Qfinder Pro. The only way I can get the NAS to appear in the QFinder or Qmanager is to power cycle the router and NAS. But theres are folders mounted that I can access through the OS finder, and I can write to them (currently copying data from another drive to the NAS).
